How do I start a return or an exchange?

If you purchased Checkout+ you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of your order using our returns portal. Just enter your order number and follow the steps.

A few things to keep in mind:

• If Checkout+ was not added at checkout, all sales are final — no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
• Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage
• Include all original packaging (bracelet cards, pouches, tags, etc.)
• Returns and exchanges must be shipped from the same country they were delivered to
• You'll need your order number to get started
