What are the shipping fees and delivery timelines?
Delivery times below are estimates and don’t include order processing time (which takes about 1–2 business days). Weekends, holidays, and unexpected carrier delays (like weather or high volume) may also affect timing.
The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.
Deliveries outside of the US may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Pura Vida does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Pura Vida is not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
A signature is required upon delivery for Express and Expedited shipping. FedEx will try to deliver your package up to three times before returning it to us. If you get a delivery notice from FedEx, be sure to follow the instructions so you can receive your package without any hassle.
