What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are available exclusively for customers who purchased Checkout+ at the time of their order. If Checkout+ was not added at checkout, all sales are final — no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
For eligible Checkout+ orders, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to start a return or exchange (U.S. and Canada). You can start your return or exchange here.
Return and exchange requirements
- Items must be in original condition, with no signs of wear or damage
- Must be in original packaging (bracelet cards, pouches, tags, etc.)
- Returns must be shipped from the same country they were delivered to
- You'll need your order number to get started
What can't be returned?
Even with Checkout+, the following are non-returnable:
- Bracelet Club
- Sustainable shipping
- E-Gift Cards
- Checkout+
