My ring just arrived and the engraving doesn’t look as pictured on the website. The letters have a white filling and a black/grey outline instead of being solid blackish/dark grey like the example rings on the website. I love the ring but am disappointed with the quality of the engraving.

"This ring is amazing in terms of quality and design. It is just small enough to be noticeable, but also not too big. The engraving is high quality and looks great. The only problem I have is that the ring sizing guide is a bit off. The diameters and pictures for the rings don\u2019t really match up. So, the ring is a little big. I wish you guys could do a resizing service, as I know you can\u2019t really return the custom ones. But overall great!"
